RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At PZT, we want our customers to have an unforgettable shopping experience. Therefore, our team is responsible for selecting the best products to guarantee a quality purchase.

As part of the shopping experience, we know that, on certain occasions, we will not be able to meet all your expectations so we offer you two possibilities, either returns or refunds under the following conditions :

These conditions are valid only within 14 days of receipt of the package and for non-sale items only. No exchange possible for sale items.

This regulation does not apply to gift cards.

Ebooks are neither exchangeable nor refundable! This Regulation therefore does not apply to Ebooks.

RETURN :

If the product does not meet the customer's expectations, that is to say if it does not correspond to the size or aesthetics, the provisions apply under the following conditions:

The size chosen does not correspond to the customer's measurements.
The customer simply wants to change to another product.
The patterns have some variations depending on the image.
The color is different from the picture.
The quality of the materials is not exactly what the customer wants.


Conditions for requesting a return:

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The changes will be executed once we have received the products in their original packaging in return.
Items that are damaged, dirty, altered or that are not in their original box or bag will not be accepted for return. The products must be unused and in their original packaging.


The item can therefore be exchanged or replaced by an exchange voucher for the value of the item.



REFUND:

Refunds are only made provided that the products sent are clearly damaged during delivery or that there is a manufacturing defect. If this is the case, please send a proof by e-mail (photos and explanations) upon receipt of the package. The products will be refunded after a fair evaluation.



Please note :

Once a delivery confirmation has been sent by the carrier, PZT declines all responsibility.

To exercise the right of modification, return or refund request, please ensure that the above conditions are met.



HOW TO PROCEED?

Send an email to info@pzt.com with the object of RETURN or REFUND, followed by your name and the reason, as well as the attached photos of the item.

For example: RETURN of Gavillet Mathieu. Item too big.
