Mathieu Rubi has not always been sporty, on the contrary, he was overweight almost 2 years ago. From 95kg to... a qualification to the world amateur triathlon championships. Here is an example of which we want to be inspired! His 3rd place in the semi-Ironman earned him his "entrance ticket" to the worlds.
Musician and mechanical engineer, Mathieu started running for the purpose of well-being and weight loss then, he constantly lengthened the distances and quickly saw his performance increase. Thanks to his perseverance and regularity, we find him today as a triathlete training 20 hours a week with, in parallel, a full-time job.
In collaboration with the Loclathon, PZT supports Mathieu in his new sports career.
